User Access Levels

To protect members of our actual church family, we accept registrations only from people we know.

If you are a local (Ramona) resident and we don't already know you,  please attend one of our church services so we can change that. Or you can check the "Contact Me" box and we'll get in touch with you. When we get to know you, we'll be happy to welcome you into our church family.

When you register, please select the relationship described below that best describes your relationship with Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church.

Everybody

If you are a Web Visitor dropping by for a look, you'll receive no benefits from registering. In fact, we only accept registrations from those who are "local" to Ramona or who are recognized friends of Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church. But if you really want to register, then please select "Web Visitor."

Local Web Visitor

Although you are welcome to log in and browse around, as a Web visitor you will not have access to membership areas. Select this category if you live within driving distance of Ramona, California. We cordially invite you to attend a Sunday morning worship service. We'd like to get to know you, and you'll feel welcome in our warm and open fellowship. When you sign our visitor registration we'll be happy to upgrade your access level.

SOJ Youth

If you're a member (or want to be) of Spirit of Joy's High School or Junior High Youth Program then we welcome your registration so you'll get all the latest information about our exciting activities and programs. You'll also have access to all events and slide shows.

Friend of SOJ

Are you a friend of Spirit of Joy? Perhaps a former member, or a professional colleague of one of our staff members? Register here and then email us a note (Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page) to remind us which friend you are. When you're approved, you'll have access to much of this Web site.

Regular Attendee

Register as an attendee if you attend Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, but have not yet been received into formal membership. You'll have access to everything except pages pertaining to Membership governance, such as Church Council meetings and elections.

SOJ Member

Register as a member if you have been received into formal membership at Spirit of Joy.
