Our worship services are expressive, open to all, and full of the presence of the LORD. Our goal is to glorify God in our meetings and meet your needs with his Word. Spirit of Joy is diverse in age and ethnic and social origin, but we are united by love for Jesus Christ our Savior.

Most of us are blessed by having a bountiful Thanksgiving holiday meal. Again this year there are many families in our community that are facing hardships, hunger being one of them. Our local Ramona Food and Clothes Closet is expecting shortages of food to distribute to the needy.
Please help ease some of the burdens on these families by purchasing and bagging useful items (examples listed below) to supplement a Thanksgiving Day meal. Your bag will be delivered to and distributed by our own Ramona Food Closet. The items were suggested by Brian Moore, the manager.
We will be passing out bags with the above list attached after both services earlier in November. If all the bags get distributed, please take the list with you when you do your grocery shopping and request a large paper bag for the items.

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.”
