New User Registration

Three Steps to Register at SOJChurch.com

  1. REGISTER: Submit the registration form below. We accept registrations only from people we actually know and trust. Therefore, you must submit your name, address, phone number and email address (required information is labeled in red).
  2. VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS:
  • When you submit your registration, we send you an email message.
  • Some minutes later, look for our message in your Inbox.  If you can't find it, check your SPAM folder... it's from sojverify at sojchurch.com.
  • Follow the directions in our message to VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
  1. WAIT FOR US TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR REGISTRATION: Depending on the time and day, this can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours. When we review your registration we'll send you a confirmation message, after which you'll be able to log in to your new account.

NOTE: If you have already registered but could not find our verify message, you may click here to log in and request that a new verify message be sent to you.

If you are a local (Ramona) resident and we don't already know you,  please attend one of our church services so we can change that. Or you can check the "Contact Me" box and we'll get in touch with you. When we get to know you, we'll be happy to welcome you into our church family.

Local Web Visitor
Although you are welcome to log in and browse around, as a Web visitor you will not have access to membership areas. Select this category if you live within driving distance of Ramona, California. We cordially invite you to attend a Sunday morning worship service. We'd like to get to know you, and you'll feel welcome in our warm and open fellowship. When you sign our visitor registration we'll be happy to upgrade your access level.
SOJ Youth
If you're a member (or want to be) of Spirit of Joy's High School or Junior High Youth Program then we welcome your registration so you'll get all the latest information about our exciting activities and programs. You'll also have access to all events and slide shows.
Friend of SOJ
Are you a friend of Spirit of Joy? Perhaps a former member, or a professional colleague of one of our staff members? Register here and then email us a note (Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page) to remind us which friend you are. When you're approved, you'll have access to much of this Web site.
Regular Attendee
Register as an attendee if you attend Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, but have not yet been received into formal membership. You'll have access to everything except pages pertaining to Membership governance, such as Church Council meetings and elections.
SOJ Member
Register as a member if you have been received into formal membership at Spirit of Joy.
