We're pleased to introduce our new stewardship campaign theme logo. Thank you to Karyn Erlenbusch who created a design that captures the dreams and ideas in Steven Curtis Chapman's song,Glorious Unfolding:
And this is going to be a glorious unfolding
Just you wait and SEE and you will be amazed
You've just got to believe the story is so far from over
So hold on to every promise God has made to us
And watch this glorious unfolding
(Click here to listen to the song and view the lyrics)
This attractive theme banner will appear on all campaign correspondence and envelopes, handouts, and our SOJChurch.com web site to help you readily identify our Capital Stewardship Campaign materials.

Upcoming Campaign Events

March 10-20:

VISION AWARENESS HOME MEETINGS
Beginning on March 10 we're sharing the good news about Spirit of Joy's Glorious Unfolding at home meetings throughout Ramona. These small and friendly gatherings will help you understand the goals and opportunities presented by our stewardship campaign. You'll receive answers to all of your questions. You'll discuss with friends and neighbors what a new church facility will mean for your family, for Spirit of Joy, and for God's work in Ramona. And you'll join others in prayer that we accomplish God's will and purposes through our efforts in this campaign.

If you haven't already signed up for one of these meetings, we'll call you to schedule. Or save us a call and reserve your space by sending email to visionawareness@sojchurch.com with the meeting date you want.

March 20-21:

Prayer Vigil
Prayer is the lifting of heart and mind and will to God. From Friday evening, March 20 through Saturday evening, March 21 we will have a full day of concerted prayer in which we hope everyone will participate. Our prayers will focus on thanksgiving, praise, adoration, and listening for guidance. The power of prayer is great, through which all things are possible. You'll have a chance to sign up for one or more hours or half-hours at times of your convenience.

April 19:

Church-wide Fellowship Event 5-7pm
This will be the most important and memorable event of our "Glorious Unfolding" Capital Campaign. Featuring a Baked Potato Bar and children's party. We'll learn how we can respond with our own pledges to support our building program.

April 20-30:

Program Wrap Up
During this time we'll contact those who have further questions about your own support pledge, to pray and discuss and help you reach a decision.

May 3:

Victory Celebration
At this special single-service Sunday Worship we'll lift our hands and hearts and voices in praise and thanksgiving.
